Ok, I am a dork. A dork with a tricked out Tivo.
So far I struggled through:
* Installing TurboNet ethernet card
* Installing a 120 gig drive instead of the two 20 gig drives that came with my Tivo
* Getting telnet to work
and finally, finally!
*Installing Tivo Web

One of the coolest features of Tivo Web is ability to undelete shows.

Here is a list of my “season passes” that I grabbed with Tivo Web.
(I would like to note that I don’t watch “Enterprise”. does.

  3. OK, I can’t find the date, but I’m guessing it was mid 2002 when you made this post. It’s kinda funny, four of these shows have been cancelled – Firefly, Farscape, Futurama and Enterprise – all scifi. While I dont’ miss the last one, I do miss the first three. Hmm, they all start with “F”?.. Scrubs is on the way out as well :]

  5. Well it’s certainly better than nothing. Did you see the “Farscape miniseries”? Bah! While it was better than nothing it was “rushed”. They planned to do a 20 episode arc for the last season but ended up having to cram the story into the equivalent of 4 episodes. Better than nothing but still a huge disappointment. I’m guessing Firefly is going to be the same. We’re gonna get a semi-typical shoot ‘em up type movie that everyone can sort of enjoy (if you love trashy scifi). As a bypropduct it’s going to tie up all the lose ends from the series. Is it going to be good? I hope so..

    Gah. Stupid bastard studio execs..
